Piano Pianois an Italian restaurant by Chef Victor Barry (of Spelndido), which is appropriately located on 88 Harbord Street, the same number of keys on a piano. Barry humorously explains on his menu that the food is New Jersey style Italian food, which is a nice change from the Italian we are used to in Toronto.

I know that most of my posts are about eating out in the city, which, as you know, is one of my favourite things to do. However, as mentioned in some of my previous posts, I’m on a budget so I try to keep eating out to a max of 1-2 times per week. Since the beginning of the year, I have made an effort to bring my lunch to work almost every day. Sometimes, I put my adult pants on and cook up a storm over the weekend. Other times, I drive over to my WONDERFUL parents’ house to “help” my Mum cook. I know I am biased, but I think my Mum is an incredible cook and I am not just saying that because she reads all of my blog posts.
